Video: Cynthia Cass Discusses the Six New Superfoods

CBS' Chris Wragge talks with Cynthia Cass, author of Cinch: Conquer Cravings, Drop Pounds, and Lose Inches, about six new superfoods that can help you stay healthy, fight disease, and lose weight. The six foods are 1) Icelandic yogurt which is really high in protein and low in fat (she showed Siggi's brand); 2) Teff, which is an ancient grain; 3) Cupuacu, an Amazonian fruit which is full of antioxidants; 4) Black Garlic, which is garlic which is aged and fermented and supposedly won't give you garlic breath; 5) Chia seeds, which are full of Omega-3 fatty acids and flax fiber; and 6) White Mulberries which are full of fiber, protein and vitamin C.
