Designer Stuart Gardiner created this sustainable seafood guide tea towel for Project Ocean. The organic cotton tea towel is illustrated with "a guide to sustainable seafood" which identifies which fish to eat and which to avoid. Part of the proceeds will be given to the Zoological Society of London. You can purchase the towel here on Selfridges.com.
