Video: Lady Gaga Performs Edge of Glory on American Idol

Lady Gaga performed her new single "Edge of Glory" on American Idol last night. Gaga clearly has no fear of heights: she sang the entire song near and inside a giant treasure chest that was perched atop what looked like a rocky cliff. A male dancer (So You Think You Can Dance contestant Mark Kanemura) climbed up the cliff to get to her, then they proceeded to get a little more passionate than we're used to seeing on primetime. But that was just the appetizer. At the end, they pull a Thelma and Louise. No car, though: just a straight jump off the cliff. It was a shocking ending -- we liked it. Take a look:
