SunWorth Development Group unveiled the master plan of a 30 square kilometer, technologically advanced eco/green city located in Langfang, China, 25 miles southeast of Beijing. The city will be named Wei Lai.
SunWorth received approval from the Chinese government for the city development, which includes a heme park and luxury goods exhibition center. The exhibition center is designed to become the world's largest, having over 1.3 million square meters under one roof. It will accommodate up to 1 million visitors per day. A complete transportation hub including subway, train, bus and airport shuttles will connect Wei Lai with Beijing and Tianjin, providing easy commuter access.
Details about the city's green features have not yet been revealed.
