He says his food has strong visual appeal, and likes his desserts and appetizers to have a wow factor to them. Gourmet lollipops are very popular at the restaurant. He says chefs are different now -- the younger generation has watched the food network and other shows. More people have an interest in food now than they used to. Take a look:
