Trailer for the Yves Saint Laurent Documentary, L' Amour Fou
Here is the trailer for L' Amour Fou (Crazy Love) which is a documentary about the life of fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. Directed by Pierre Thoretton, the film is the brainchild of Saint Laurent's partner of forty years, Pierre Berge. Berge arranged the famous 2009 auction of the priceless, elaborate art collection amassed by Yves and Pierre personally over several decades.
The film won the International Critics Prize at the Toronto International Film Festival and was an official selection of the TriBeCa and San Francisco Film Festivals.
In French with English subtitles, the film is in limited release in the United States now, but will most likely be released on DVD soon. It's a must-see for fashion lovers. Take a look:
